Welcome to HVY, the mobile application (“App”) and associated services (“Services”) provided by Fun Forest (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our App and Services. By accessing or using Gymlog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Gymlog, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued access or use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. If you are using Gymlog on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By accessing or using Gymlog, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Services.

3. Account Registration and Security

a. Account Creation

• To access certain features of Gymlog, you must create an account (“Gymlog Account”) by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested.
• You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

b. Security Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other login credentials associated with your Gymlog Account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security.
• You are solely responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

c. Prohibited Usernames

• You may not use as your username any name that is already in use by another person or entity, that is offensive, vulgar, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the termination of your account.
